The Celtic boss insisted he was not afraid of the sack, claiming, “The team is very near to things turning around,” despite sliding worryingly close to the chopping block with a convincing setback against Rangers.

Another Capitulation Results in Derby Disaster

“The performance we had at times was really, really, really high. That is a fact. I wouldn't say that if it was not the case. “We produced plenty of positives that we did, as was the case today. But now is performing for 90 minutes. My narrative would change if I didn't believe it. This is why I am convinced the team can to get back on track.”

The Rangers Boss Stance

Danny Röhl played down talk of a serious challenge despite what felt like a huge result. “One match at a time, and we can develop a challenge,” he said. “The faith in the group is outstanding.”
