Cameron Norrie achieved the most notable victory of his professional journey by rallying from a set down to overcome world No 1 Carlos Alcaraz with a stunning comeback in the early stage of the Paris Masters.

While he had before overcome Alcaraz on two occasions, this triumph signifies Norrie's initial success over a sitting world number one.
