Loyal supporters of the actress are demanding that a man who jumped a barricade and seized the celebrity during yesterday's Wicked: For Good debut be taken into custody or removed from Singapore.

A circulating clip reveals the individual from Australia shoving aside camera operators and lunging at Grande while the cast made its way down a event pathway surrounded by onlookers.

Cast member Cynthia Erivo immediately guided the shocked actress away from Mr Wen, who was observed being led away of the premiere by event staff.

Mr Wen shared on Instagram Thursday evening that he was "let go after being arrested", though court documents revealed that he was due to be present on Friday morning. It is unknown if he was charged.

Record of Event Invasions

This is part of a pattern for Mr Wen, who calls himself a "Notorious Troublemaker", has invaded a concert or event. His Instagram account contains clips of him disturbing other high-profile occasions, including jumping on stage at the artist's Sydney show in June this year and in a comparable manner during The Chainsmokers concert in the city last December.

"Steps should be implemented enforced against him as this is evidently a punishable act," commented an Instagram follower, in a reply to a video Mr Wen posted of his behavior.

"Oh wow so you do this a lot... how aren't you in jail?" another Instagram user questioned.

Followers Show Disapproval Over Grande's Well-being

Numerous followers criticized Mr Wen for "triggering past anxiety" Grande, who had discussed dealing with post-traumatic stress disorder after a suicide bomb attack at the finale of her May 2017 show in Manchester, resulting in the death of 22 people and injuring numerous individuals.

"The star has endured numerous terrifying experiences... including the Manchester tragedy, and you believed breaching security was amusing?" commented another response on Instagram.

Several attendees also questioned guards at the premiere for not being vigilant enough; while some requested social media platforms to block Mr Wen's videos.

Response and Event Details

In videos circulating online, Grande seemed shocked when she was grabbed by the intruder. Her cast members Michelle Yeoh and Erivo can be observed consoling her while Mr Wen was led out by staff.

Grande has not issued a statement on the event, and the premiere activities proceeded as normal.

Many of fans had congregated in a crowd of emerald and rose at the Wicked: For Good international premiere in a Singapore shopping center, including some who had waited for as long as many hours before it commenced.

The movie, to be released on 21 November, is the follow-up of a dual version of the acclaimed Broadway and West End show Wicked, which centers on the unlikely friendship between two contrasting characters.

The show itself is a adaptation of the twentieth-century book The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.

Grande, who acts as the character Glinda Glinda, was decked out in a champagne pink sequin dress at the premiere while Erivo, who plays the Elphaba, wore a elegant ensemble featuring roses.

They were joined by fellow actor Jeff Goldblum.

The first movie, Wicked, was the top-earning movie of last year in the UK, and received ten Oscar nominations, securing two for excellent wardrobe and artistic direction.
